Privacy Policy
Effective date: 18 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information CreatorKeel (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and your choices. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain English.
1. The short version
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology on this website.
- There are no forms on this site. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.
- We use that information to reply and, where relevant, to work with you on brand deals. We never sell it.
2. Who we are
This website is operated by CreatorKeel, a creator talent and brand-deal agency. CreatorKeel is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email deals@creatorkeel.com.
3. Information we collect
When you visit the website
We don’t set cookies or run analytics or tracking scripts, and we don’t load fonts or other resources from third-party services. This website is hosted by Netlify. As our host, Netlify automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure, and it may show a small “Powered by Netlify” badge on our pages as part of its hosting service. We don’t use server logs to profile visitors.
When you email us
We receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message, for example your channel links, audience information, media kit, company details or campaign brief.
When we work together
If you become a represented creator or a brand partner, we will also process information needed to run deals: contact details, contract details, content approvals, invoicing and payment information, and records needed for tax and legal compliance.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together
- To pitch creators to brands and brands to creators, with the creator’s agreement
- To negotiate, contract, deliver and invoice brand deals
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and advertising-disclosure obligations
- To keep the website and our email secure
Where data-protection laws such as the UK/EU GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our agency, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With brands or creators as part of a deal you’ve agreed to us pursuing (for example, sharing a creator’s media kit with a brand)
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our email provider, website host, e-signature and accounting tools, under their own privacy and security terms
- With professional advisers, or where required by law
6. International transfers
We work with creators and brands in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months if we don’t go on to work together. We keep contract, invoicing and tax records for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email deals@creatorkeel.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
We use reputable providers and sensible security measures, such as access controls and two-factor authentication, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t email sensitive information such as passwords or full bank details unless we’ve agreed a secure way to share it.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly represent creators under 18 without the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, where the law allows.
11. Links
This site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will show when it last changed.
