These terms govern your use of the creatorkeel.com website (the “Site”), operated by CreatorKeel (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about CreatorKeel’s creator representation and brand-deal services. It doesn’t constitute an offer or a contract. Any work we do for a creator or brand is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.

2. Our services and commission

The descriptions of our services and our standard commission (20% of the gross value of deals we source or negotiate for a creator) are a general summary. The exact terms, including what counts as a sourced deal, payment flow, term and termination, are set out in each creator’s signed agreement. Examples on the Site are illustrative only and are not a promise of any particular deal, income or result.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. References to advertising or financial-promotion rules are general information. Please take your own professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or damage the Site or its hosting
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from the Site
• send us spam or unsolicited bulk communications

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, the CreatorKeel name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or use our name or logo to suggest a connection or endorsement without our written permission.

6. Communications

Emailing us doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation to represent you or run your campaign. Please don’t send confidential information until we’ve agreed how it will be handled. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

7. Third-party links and platforms

The Site may refer or link to third-party websites and platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, X and TikTok. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or availability. Mentioning a platform or company doesn’t imply any partnership or endorsement.

8. Disclaimer

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

10. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence still apply where relevant.
